WIDP provides digital marketing, professional advertising solutions, optimization, and consultation services ("Service"). The specific scope of your marketing campaigns will be outlined in separate service agreements or combo selections.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during consultation and registration. You agree to safeguard any access credentials provided and notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage.

Unless otherwise stated, WIDP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, strategy Frameworks, and technical content on WIDP. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

While WIDP leverages data-driven tactics and clean operational management to optimize ROI, digital ad performance fluctuates due to external platform updates. WIDP makes no absolute guarantees regarding fixed sales volumes or historical performance continuity.

Payment commitments for campaign execution packages (e.g., Combo 1, Combo 2) are bound to structured schedules or initial set-up invoicing. All details concerning active deposits or advertising budgets must comply with the explicit rules defined in our Pay - Refund Policy.

Our advertising strategies integrate directly with Facebook, Google, and TikTok. You must comply with their respective advertising regulations and terms. WIDP is not liable for structural restrictions or page/account bans imposed by these platforms.

Both parties agree to protect and treat as confidential all technical metrics, project documentation, customer lists, and strategic ad scripts shared during the operational runtime of the service contract.

In no event shall WIDP, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Service, whether such liability is under contract or tort.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent WIDP from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WIDP is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
